Zero Coupon State Treasury Note Programme
The Commercial Paper Programme of the State of Saxony-Anhalt was arranged by Goldman Sachs International in 1997, and was restructured in 2004. The Programme has a volume of Euro 1,500,000,000. The Programme is intended to issue zero coupon notes with maturities of up to 2 years in either currency. Dealers of the Programme are:
